Adams’ Songs – From folk to pop!

 Anne Adams and her music first appeared to the public in the TRÜ club (The Club of Tartu University) in 1978 when she performed a song written to Hando Runnel’s poem „Ära“ (Away) followed by the annual spring folk festival, Hiiumaa environment song contest, judges award at the „Tartu Levimuusikapäevad“ in 1985 and many others.
In 1992 Adams recorded her first album „Hellad ajad“ (Tender Times), which was originally released on a cassette. The CD version appeared only a few years ago. From 1995 to 1997 she recorded the material for her second album „Unenäo piiril“(On The Edge of a Dream).
The CD „Sa oled mu järv“ (You Are My Lake) and the live concert DVD „Peidus pool“ (The Hidden Side) saw light in 2007. In the present day Anne Adams is active as a freelance musician, a music teacher and is complementing her skills on folk and electronic music in the Eesti Muusika- ja teatriakadeemia (Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre).
Anne has worked (and is working) with a multitude of Estonian musicians: Ivo Linna, Jaan Sööt, Margus Kappel, Runno Tamra, Henno Kelp, Roland Puusepp, Imre Luur, Ivo Vanem, Kalle Raudmets, Viktor Vassiljev and many others.
